Using Techonology to Negotiate Directly with the Landfall Seller

When it comes time to make an offer on Landfall homes for sale I have found video email to be very effective in getting Sellers to work with us and come down in price appropriately from the beginning. The reason it works so well is that listing agents always forward it to the Seller so we get face to face negotiation–often the listing agent wants to tell the same things to his client but is too tentative so they are happy to put my thoughts right in front of the Seller.
