Vacation Rental investment properties on the beach

This is starting point to get a feel for homes with rental income on the north carolina beaches such as Surf City, Topsail Beach, Oak Island, etc.  These are homes that may cost $575,000 for example and gross anywhere from $30-75,000.  How is that for a huge discrepancy!?  I will explain it all and help you find one that is profitable and help you avoid the sinkholes in this niche of real estate.  Sinkholes can be property managers, vegetation lines, erosion, etc.  I’ve never had anyone buy a north carolina vacation rental beach home and not been very successful with it and often buying more oceanfront or second row NC homes.
