Masonboro Homes Price Bottom Out in Wilmington NC real estate market

So this Spring and Summer will tell if the Wilmington real estate market is on its way up again. I think Masonboro homes gain a couple of percent of value this year. However the bottom line is what the most aggressive offer one can make on a home and still get a counter from the Seller? And the big indicator that prices are going up is if there are regularly competing offers occurring on listings even if it’s just 1 in 5 Masonboro homes for sale.Jay Seville
